Operational policy guides are components as referenced in policy and additional regulations related to matters uniquely within the jurisdiction of the issuing unit such as regulations provided within the academic catalog and business processes described in the Business Procedures Manual (BPM).  In the event of any inconsistency between these and RPM or the ARP, the terms of RPM and ARP are controlling.
